As a Functional Medicine Nurse, my mission is to empower individuals to achieve lasting health transformations. With a blend of clinical expertise and holistic wellness principles, I guide my patients toward optimal well-being, addressing the body, mind, and spirit. My passion for healthcare began early, sparked by a diverse background in beauty and wellness before realizing my true calling in nursing. After completing undergraduate studies at University of California, San Diego, I pursued a Master of Science in Nursing at the University of San Diego, driven by the desire to offer more personalized, holistic care.

Though I initially worked in traditional healthcare settings, I found true fulfillment after discovering Holistic Wellness Nurse Coaching. This space allowed me to practice nursing in a way that honors the whole person, addressing not just symptoms but the deeper causes of health challenges. With over 120 hours of training in Nurse Coaching and Holistic Wellness Nursing and countless more hours to become a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner, I specialize in guiding patients through concerns like digestive health, hormonal imbalances, brain health, and more, helping them make meaningful, sustainable lifestyle changes.
